My recent experience

Your cholesterol doesn’t go away. Neither does mine.

I was told I had high cholesterol and that I needed to tweak my diet to bring it down. What no one told me was how to track that day to day. How I’d know if any of it was actually working.

Six months between blood tests, and nothing in between but guesswork.

So I’m building Seru. The app I needed to exist.

Minh

Seru home screen showing an LDL cholesterol reading of 3.1 mmol/L with the message a little raised, your day-to-day choices are the biggest lever.

01Home

Your current reading. Plus what it means.

When I saw my first reading, I had to Google half the words. That shouldn't be anyone's job.
Numbers screen showing a trend chart of cholesterol readings from February through April with a summary explaining the LDL is in a good place.

02Numbers

Your cholesterol over time, explained.

Six months between blood tests is six months of not knowing. I wanted to see change sooner than that.
Food screen with a Take a photo button and a list of recent meals including spaghetti bolognese and tomato-based sauce.

03Food

A photo. An honest read.

At the table I don't want to do nutrition maths. I want a photo and an honest sentence back.
Activity screen showing 5 workouts and 118 minutes this week, with Health Connect sync and an option to log a new workout.

04Activity

Every walk and workout, counted.

Moving more did more for my numbers than any single food swap. I want to see it counted.
